Data we collect

When you fill in a form: name, phone / WhatsApp, email (optional), city, course of interest, format, estimated level, availability, call-back preferences and message.

Automatically: page visited, site language, device type, date and time, source of your visit (for example an ad). When you click WhatsApp or the call button, we record the page, the course concerned and the source of the visit, without your identity.

Your IP address is never stored in clear text: only an encrypted fingerprint is used to block abusive submissions.

Purposes

• Contacting you and answering your request
• Organising your level test and enrolment
• Informing you about our courses
• Measuring the effectiveness of our campaigns (statistics)

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Recipients

Your data is only for the centre’s team and our technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, internal follow-up tools), within the limits of their tasks. It is never sold.

Retention period

Your requests are kept for 24 months after receipt, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, email us at takouinesc@gmail.com. You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.

Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies required for it to work (language, security). If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted to authorised staff.
